All items are eligible for our 30 day money-back guarantee. Item must be in new condition with all original packaging. You will receive the order amount minus any shipping charges you paid.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. This will include a delivery confirmation or tracking number.

Is a signature required to deliver the package?

We require signatures only in the delivery of high-value shipments. In most cases, the delivery person will leave your package in your regular drop-off location. If you would like to add/remove a signature confirmation for delivery, please let us know when the order is being placed. There is no extra charge for this.

Are lighters shipped with butane gas or liquid fuel?

No, per US and Canada shipping regulations, all lighters must be shipped empty without butane gas or liquid fuel. You will need to refill premium butane gas or liquid fuel by yourself before ignition. You can purchase butane gas or liquid fuel locally at a smoke / cigar / convenience store.

What are your international shipping methods and delivery times?

We offer delivery services outside Canada via the following methods: UPS Expedited: approximate 4-6 days delivery Worldwide, UPS Express Save: approx. 2-3 days worldwide but to US/Canada as Second Day service. Please note that because different countries have varying policies and customs regulations regarding international packages, delivery maybe delayed but not be as usual.

Do you ship to US Military APO/FPO?

Yes, we will ship to any US destination or territory. This includes all military addresses including but not limited to: AA, AE, AP, APO, FPO & DPO. Orders to these zip codes will automatically ship via Canada Post / USPS Tracked Packet Air with a tracking number.

Do you offer Free Shipping

We now offer free shipping on all orders over $100 to the US and Canada. All orders are eligible for UPS standard shipping to USA; Canada Post expedited shipping within Canada;  International orders are not eligible for free shipping.

Do I have to pay duties / taxes / entry document fee for an international shipment?

This depends on the customs rules and regulations in your country. You are responsible for all entry (UPS or Canada Post bond fees) and customs duties / taxes (for example VAT) for your package. Please check with your local customs office for exact fees. 

2. Lighter Information

What kind of fuel do I need for my lighter(s)?

All lighters we sell (excluding Enginet and Zippo oil windproof lighters) require butane gas to operate. Enginet and Zippo oil windproof lighters require lighter fluid.

What brand/type butane gas do you recommend?

We recommend triple-refined butane gas or better. The brand does not matter. Putting 3x refined gas in your lighter ensures top performance and prevents clogging. We recommend the following brands: London, Colibri, Dunhill, S.T. Dupont brand. We do not recommend Zippo, clipper or Ronson butane gas. Butane gas could be found at a smoke / cigar shop or convenience store near your location.

How do I refill a butane lighter?

Please read our Lighter Troubleshooting page below along with the videos on Youtube. If you purchase our lighters, you will find a black booklet of manual and warranty within a gift box.

Are your lighters authentic?

Yes, everything we sell is guaranteed authentic.

All repairs are handled by us directly as the sole distributor of Sarome Tokyo in North America, and is the owner of Sikaro, Legendex, Enginet and Nictaro brands.

Sarome brand from Japan: 2-Year limited warranty

Sikaro brand from Canada: 2-Year limited warranty

Legendex brand from Canada: 1-Year limited warranty

Enginet brand gas lighters from Canada: 1-Year limited warranty
